Acute Coronary Syndrome type Acute Myocardial Infarction and Unstable Angina.

Myocardial infarction without obstructive coronary lesions (MINOCA).

Myopericarditis.

High-risk chest pain.

Potentially life-threatening arrhythmias of the high-grade ventricular type.
